Chapter 316: What Did I Do Wrong?
Just as Ji Changxin broke through the crowd and rushed out of the subway door, several hands grabbed him from behind. The crowd shouted, “Don’t let the pervert get away!” and “Beat him up, I hate guys like this!”
Ji Changxin leaned forward desperately, tears streaming down his face. Do you even know what I’ve been through today? Why is the whole world against a man in his fifties?
The blond boy from earlier came over and kicked Ji in the backside, propelling him forward. With a tearing sound, Ji’s suit ripped.
Stumbling, Ji almost fell but managed to pick up his briefcase and run. He didn’t stop until he reached the stairs, clutching his chest and gasping for breath. People passing by eyed him with suspicion.
This society is so cold and unforgiving! Ji silently lamented. Just like back then, when I made a little mistake on the subway, someone filmed it, and the whole world insulted and mocked me. That incident caused fights with my wife, led to our divorce, and my daughter went with her. I lost my job and had to start over in a new city.
All I did was lose control and ejaculate on that girl’s skirt, it didn’t even touch her body. Don’t you people do similar things with your wives at home? Why are you so cruel to me? Is it really about your sense of justice? Why don’t you criticize corrupt officials and bullies instead? No, you just want to vent your rage on an old man who can’t fight back!
Swallowing his bitterness, Ji walked back down to the lower level, intending to catch the next subway home. While waiting, he went to the bathroom. As he urinated, the man next to him gave a disgusted look, recognizing Ji as someone infamous online.
Knowing this wasn’t good, Ji averted his gaze.
“Aren’t you that pervert from earlier? Is it you? Say something!”
Ji didn’t want trouble, so he kept his head down and continued to urinate.
The “fan” then redirected his stream, soaking Ji’s pants and shoes. Ji jumped in shock, recoiling and wetting his pants even more as the remaining urine ran down his legs.
The “fan” laughed, “Pervert! Serves you right! I despise people like you, preying on young girls. Come on, hit me!”
Ji’s face twisted with rage, but he told himself not to stoop to this guy’s level.
“Coward!” the man continued. “You have no balls!”
Ji hurried out, the man still jeering, “Bet you don’t have a wife or kids. If you do, they’ve probably left you. People like you deserve to get hit by a car!”
That last remark hit a nerve. Ji’s nostrils flared, and his fists clenched tightly.
He knew he couldn’t win a fight, but he wanted to teach this loudmouth a lesson. Hiding near the restroom door, Ji observed his surroundings. The platform was empty, and the security cameras didn’t cover this area. Perfect timing.
Let’s see who’s really the coward! He clenched his teeth.
The “fan” emerged, still adjusting his pants, oblivious to Ji. Ji grabbed him from behind, pressing his thumb against the man’s carotid artery.
The intense pressure made the man struggle wildly, scratching Ji’s hand, but Ji maintained his grip and began speaking in a low, steady voice: “You can only hear my voice. Your mind is empty, only my voice remains. You’re getting sleepier and sleepier. When I count to three, you’ll be completely asleep. One… two… three!”
Ji released him, and the man collapsed like a sack of flour. Ji smirked. See how powerful I am? I’ve done over a thousand hypnosis sessions at the best university!
But someone was coming down the stairs. Ji quickly said, “Stand up.”
The man rose with vacant eyes. Ji snapped his fingers twice to deepen the hypnosis. He continued his induction, solidifying the state.
Novices think hypnosis is just making someone fall asleep, but it’s more about inducing a beta wave sleep state, also known as paradoxical sleep, where the person is semi-awake. In this state, they only respond to the hypnotist’s voice, obeying commands.
Thinking about how to handle this man, Ji had a perfect idea: make him fall onto the tracks and get hit by a train!
Fear of the consequences made him hesitate, but the security cameras would only show him walking over. Even the police wouldn’t suspect murder.
It’s settled.
Ji patted the man’s shoulder, turned him toward the tracks, and whispered, “In front of you is a beautiful meadow. Ten meters ahead is what you want most. What is it?”
“A house,” the man mumbled, his eyes blank. “A beautiful two-story house.”
“Yes, a beautiful house. See those large windows?”
“Yeah, so pretty. And a big swimming pool…”
“What else?”
“Beautiful women,” the man said dreamily.
The sound of an approaching train signaled the right moment. “Go ahead, the women are waiting for you! Walk forward, the path is clear.”
Like a wind-up toy, the man started walking, then fell off the platform. Ji smiled, but his grin lasted only five seconds before someone screamed, “Someone fell!”
A high school boy and a volunteer in a red vest jumped onto the tracks, struggling to lift the man. The train’s lights were already illuminating their terrified faces.
Passengers crowded the platform, shouting, “Hurry up!” and “Give me your hand!” and “Faster, the train is coming!”
“Idiots! Get crushed together!” Ji muttered darkly.
