The clues he had were too few for Chen Ge to restore the truth of the matter.

He put the three chairs back in their original places and twisted his head to look around, because of the presence of the mirrors, it looked like the dance studio was extraordinarily empty.

”It’s cleaned up so well, I guess it’s been cleaned more than once.” There was no trash to be seen on the floor, which wasn’t good news for Chen Ge: “The spot was cleaned up, hopefully that particular pair of red dancing shoes wasn’t thrown away.”

Chen Ge left by the mirror and walked to the corner of the dance studio, where various certificates of honor were posted on the walls, as well as something similar to an achievement list.

After looking at it for a couple of moments, Chen Ge suddenly realized a problem, the first place on this list had been erased with a carbon pen.

”A list without the first place?” Chen Ge saw the names of Qian Yujiao and a few other girls in the list, but the only one he couldn’t find was Zhang Ya.

He shifted his gaze, and there were still some photos of honorary awards on the wall, one of which caught Chen Ge’s attention.

It was supposed to be a photo of a group photo of six people, five of them were clustered together with bright sunny smiles on their faces, as for the sixth person, she was standing in the corner, separated from the rest of the five people by a distance, her image was cropped with scissors, and if it wasn’t for the small half of a snow-white dancing shoe that was exposed at the lower end of the photo, I’m afraid Chen Ge would have thought that the photo was originally a group photo of five people.

”All of them are individual photos and small group photos, why is there no group photo of the entire class?” Chen Ge took out his cell phone and took a picture of the wall of honor, then touched the wall and continued forward, quickly discovering a room without any signage.

With curiosity, he pushed the door and entered.

The room was furnished with a desk, closet, and a single bed.

”It looks like a counselor’s office, but why is there even a bed? Could it be that there are still teachers who have to work the night shift?” Chen Ge rummaged through the closet, holding on to a glimmer of hope to find the red dancing shoes, but unfortunately, the closet was empty, and the drawer was only stuffed with a bunch of copies of honorary certificates.

”It seems that the dance specialty students of the West City Private Academy are quite impressive, having won so many awards.” Chen Ge casually flipped through a few of them, one of which had Qian Yujiao and a few of their names printed on it, “Champion of the Swan Lake Municipal Ballet Group Competition, qualifying for the Provincial Competition.”

This copy of the certificate of honor was not posted on the wall of honor outside, and what was even stranger was that there were supposed to be six names that won the award, but the last name was blotted out.

”It’s the same as the list of accomplishments.”

Chen Ge wandered around the room for a few more moments and walked out of the room after no further gains.

As soon as he pulled open the door to the room, Chen Ge’s heart skipped a beat as the three chairs deviated from their original positions and followed him over.

  ”It’s starting again!”

Chen Ge forced himself not to look at those chairs as he walked forward quickly, deciding to leave the activity center if he didn’t get anything more in three minutes.

Using his cell phone to illuminate the room, he kept walking until he reached the deepest part of the dance studio before Chen Ge saw the sign for the women’s locker room in the corner.

”The women’s locker room and the bathroom in the girl’s dormitory are said to be places with heavy yin qi in the school, I have to be careful.” He gently pushed open the door to the women’s locker room, where two rows of iron cabinets were placed against the wall, with a long row of wooden chairs in the center.

”So the women’s locker room is like this.”

It was the first time Chen Ge had entered this place, and he closed the door halfway and casually opened a cabinet.

The upper level of the iron cabinet held a set of women’s school uniforms, the uniforms of a private academy like theirs were different from those of a public school, and were designed to be more exquisite and beautiful.

”The skirt only reaches my knees here, isn’t it a bit too short?”

Chen Ge rummaged through the pockets of the school uniform and didn’t have much to show for it, he then looked to the lower level of the iron cabinet, where a pair of white dancing shoes were laid out.

”Wrong color, not what I’m looking for.” Closing the closet door, Chen Ge found a small card with the girl’s name written on it above the lock, “That’s convenient to find.”

He held up his cell phone and pressed it against the closet to check it out, but after searching around, he couldn’t find Zhang Ya’s name, and only found a lone locker in the corner of the locker room with no markings whatsoever.

”This closet seems to be isolated by all the lockers and thrown alone in the corner.” Chen Ge opened the door of the locker, and there was a dirty tutu thrown on the upper level of the locker, and nothing on the lower level.

”Without a name, being ostracized from everyone, who could this cabinet belong to?” Chen Ge already had an answer in his mind, he took the skirt out and found five boxes of long spoiled candy gift bags pressed underneath it.

”What does this mean? Gifts?” Chen Ge placed the tutu on the wooden chair and took the candy boxes and looked at them, the outside of the boxes were covered with handmade bags, and each pouch had a girl’s name written on it in a serious manner.

The names varied, but the handwriting was exactly the same, and you could tell that the names were all written by the same person.

”The candy box should be a gift she specially prepared.” When Chen Ge picked up the last box of candies, he saw a photo that was placed at the bottom of the cabinet.

This photo was a complete version of the one on the wall of honor outside, with congratulations to Dormitory 414 for qualifying for the provincial tournament written on the back and a total of six girls on the front.

Five of them were clustered and huddled on the far right of the photo, smiling brightly and happily, and half a palm’s width apart from them stood the sixth girl.

This girl was tall and perfectly built, probably around one meter seven, she was like a true white swan, elegant, pure, soft and beautiful, even though she tried her best to fit in with the others, her own aura was out of place with those people.

”This shouldn’t be Zhang Ya, right?”

Chen Ge really couldn’t connect the deeply resentful, evil and brutal red-robed ghost with the girl in the photo, and he whispered to himself, inadvertently pronouncing Zhang Ya’s name.

This was just a thoughtless act for Chen Ge, but right after he pronounced the word Zhang Ya, several closets in the women’s locker room made creaking and rattling noises, as if they were overburdened and would be squeezed out at any time. What was even more unexpected to him was that at the same time, the entrance of the women’s locker room resounded with intensive “confused” sounds, as if something was rushing over.

  ”Who?”

Stuffing the photo into his shirt pocket, Chen Ge carried a tool hammer towards the door of the room, he pushed the half closed wooden door open, three chairs outside side by side blocked him in the women’s locker room.

”Really think I don’t dare to tear you guys apart?” Chen Ge’s back was already drenched in cold sweat, but his expression still didn’t change much as he took the initiative to walk towards the chairs with a tool hammer in his hand.

There was no other exit from the women’s locker room, so if he didn’t rush out, the situation would develop in an even more unfavorable direction.

Chen Ge’s sight drifted outside as he planned his escape route, but when his eyes saw the mirror in the dance room, the footsteps that he had lifted up, he couldn’t put them down.

The mirror reflected the scene at the entrance of the women’s locker room, and the only difference was that there were still three female students sitting on the three chairs in the mirror.
