A+ A- Turn Off Light

Oil painting paper is cheaper and easier to handle compared to oil painting canvas, and is suitable for the daily training of novices.

But oil painting is a special kind of painting, art students usually have to have a certain art foundation before they can start creating oil paintings, and by this time most of them are already not interested in oil painting paper as a primary painting material, so when Chen Ge saw the oil painting paper on the easel, he had some doubts in his mind, what kind of person is the one who created this piece of artwork?

Chen Ge studied toy design and manufacturing in college, and had taken some courses related to art and appreciation, he could tell from the other party’s simple composition that there were some doorways, and the person who had painted this picture was definitely not a novice.

”It seems like he’s constantly trying and trying to express something.” Chen Ge slid his fingers across the paper, the top half of the paper was rough and the bottom half was smooth, the touch was completely different: “Why does he have to paint an oil painting? Could it be because oil paintings can better express his meaning?”

Two upside down wards, two patients who looked exactly the same, no problem could be seen from the composition of the picture, only when touching with the hand would one realize that the material of the upper and lower parts of the painting paper didn’t seem to be the same.

”This is an oil painting, do I need to put paint on it to see the difference?”

Holding the mentality of giving it a try, Chen Ge lifted the white cloth on the shelf and prepared to select the pigments.

The shelves were large, and the pigments here were different from the ones sold in the store, all contained amongst individual glass cups without any trademarks or instructions.

”Why …… is it only red?”

Looking at the rows and rows of glass cups, Chen Ge froze in place, there were all kinds of reds on the shelves, but there were no other colors here except red.

Reaching out and unscrewing the lid of the glass, a faint smell of blood wafted out, Chen Ge could be sure that this was definitely not an odor that oil paint could emit.

  ”Let’s use it.”

Chen Ge picked up the paintbrush on the easel and applied the red liquid in the cup onto the oil painting paper.

With the first stroke, Chen Ge detected a problem.

There seemed to be an invisible dividing line in the middle of the paper, and the dye in the cup only left a light red mark on the top half of the painting paper, but left a deep red, as if scar-like, hideous stroke on the bottom half.

With a few successive strokes, the painting on the easel changed its appearance.

The upper half of the painting seemed to be just a hospital room with a light red light, but the lower half of the painting was as if it was immersed in blood.

The patients in the painting obviously had the same expression, but the feeling they gave was worlds apart.

One looked ordinary, with a slightly blank expression, while the other was covered in blood red, with hatred and resentment condensed on his face.

”Is this painting mapping the world behind the door? Or does it have another deep meaning?”

After a few seconds, Chen Ge saw an even more amazing scene.

The color of the painting paper, which was made of a special material, was slowly fading in the upper half, while the color of the lower half was deepening, as if the upper half of the painting had dumped all the blood colors into the lower half.

”Isn’t the world inside and outside the door exactly like this? The despair in reality keeps pouring into the world behind the door, one purifies itself, and the other is constantly becoming more desperate.”

The more Chen Ge looked at it, the more he felt that the painting was related to the door, and he tried to remove the painting, but he was only halfway through when he suddenly heard a knocking sound from outside the door.

  ”That thing came over?”

Sweat hairs instantly stood up, Chen Ge decisively gave up on taking the painting with him, he smoothed down a scrap of manuscript from the floor and jogged to the window.

Chen Ge had looked outside before entering this building, and all the windows in this building were not equipped with security grills.

Pulling back the thick gray-black curtains, Chen Ge pushed open the window and was just about to climb out when he suddenly saw a person standing under the building.

The other person had his head lowered, was wearing leather shoes, was tall and thin, and was in a very abnormal state.

  ”Teacher Bai?”

Teacher Bai, who was originally guarding the boys’ apartment, had somehow appeared around the experimental building, and he seemed to be searching for something.

Chen Ge’s body that was about to tumble out retreated back, and he pulled the curtains closed with palpitations, “Almost got caught!”

Looking outside along the curtain slit, Teacher Bai was wandering around the lab building, and he seemed to be hesitating whether to enter the lab building or not.

”Jumping from here and landing right on his face, what can we do?”

  ”Bang! Bang! Bang!”

The sound of banging on the door of the room became urgent, Chen Ge was now in a dilemma.

His brain was racing, but what was outside the door wasn’t going to give him much time.

The sound of the key being inserted into the lock hole was like a knife stabbing into Chen Ge’s chest, he didn’t have time to hesitate, the next moment the room door would be opened.

  ”Whatever, let’s leave first.”

Putting his bag on his back, Chen Ge stepped on the edge of the window.

If he couldn’t jump down, then he would climb to the sides.

He saw the right moment and moved to the windowsill of the room next to him.

”Hanging outside, sooner or later, Mr. Bai will see it, and this position is too conspicuous.”

With both hands gripping the air conditioning outfitter with a death grip, Chen Ge hadn’t even breathed a sigh of relief when the door to the pigment storeroom was opened.

The person inside the room seemed to have seen that the window was left open and was walking towards the window!

The footsteps were getting closer and closer, and at this point, as long as the other person stuck his head out and glanced towards the window, Chen Ge would be discovered.

  ”Go to the third floor!”

Gritting his teeth, Chen Ge grasped the third floor windowsill with both hands and climbed to the third floor windowsill without any protective gear.

Also just as he climbed onto the third floor windowsill, a ghastly white arm stretched out from the second floor pigment storage room window.

Chen Ge stepped on the palm-width windowsill on the third floor, not even daring to breathe too hard.

Maintaining this position was very physically demanding, and once you didn’t have a firm grip, you would fall.

Chen Ge tried to push the third floor window and after realizing that it was not locked, he decisively jumped into it.

It was too late to check what was inside the house, so he first hid next to the window and secretly watched Mr. Bai.

  ”Why isn’t he leaving yet?”

The third floor was the most dangerous floor, the elevator stopped on the third floor at the very beginning, and when he took the elevator just now, those things in the elevator ended up going to the third floor as well.

Staying in the corner, Chen Ge didn’t move a muscle, he decided to just wait in this room until Teacher Bai left before making his next move.

The night breeze blew into the room, the big red curtains fluttered across his neck, Chen Ge was about to close the window tightly when he suddenly remembered that the curtains on the second floor seemed to be gray and black.

The body paused for a second, Chen Ge took a few steps backward, and after moving away from the window, he immediately opened the door and rushed out.

The long dark corridor, without a trace of light, the doors of all the laboratories on the third floor were open, some of them were still making creaking noises.

Gently closing the door behind him, Chen Ge directly entered the room on the other side of the corridor.

He thought about going out from the window of this room, which happened to be on the other side of the building, and could perfectly avoid Teacher Bai.
