A+ A- Turn Off Light

There was no need for anyone to introduce them, the four demigods in the room all clearly recognized a fact:

The man sleeping on the iron black throne, who was about the same height as the giant, was the left hand of God, the vice ruler of heaven, the “Dark Angel” Sasriel!

In it, Lovia also clearly felt the oppression of the Absolute Higher Power, as when prayers to the “True Creator” are answered, an aura that can make the mind confused, the soul fall, and the body tremble.

Suddenly, she heard a chuckle, and looked sideways in confusion and dismay.

Klein bent slightly at the waist and laughed:

”k is still sleeping, should we just wake k up, or wait for k to wake up on his own?

”If we choose to wake k up, how should we greet him? Hi, Your Highness ‘Dark Angel’? Chief ‘Redemption Rose’?”

These two questions sounded absurdly wild, but they made Colin Iliad and Derek shake off their environment and fall into deep thought.

Just now, they instinctively considered the first question as well, which was quite important in relation to what to do next.

Colin Iliad thought for a moment:

”Don’t wake up K for now, try to get closer, look for clues, and gather intelligence.”

”That’s what I thought.” Klein casually snapped his fingers with his left hand and was about to step towards the iron black throne.

At this time, his mind was rather glad that he had resolved the Shadow and restored the Spirit to its fullness, or else he would not have been able to restrict the virtual personality at all – as he was simulating how to greet him, he almost blurted out “Hi Sapa.”

Seeing that Germaine Sparrow had taken two steps forward, Lovia finally came back to her senses:

”I’ll try with the grazing spirit.”

It was a relatively safer and less likely way to jeopardize this questing squad.

Klein nodded, carrying his black cane and sidestepping his body with a big smile.

In front of Lovia’s body, a three to four meter tall silhouette emerged in a whirlwind, with a pair of goat horns covered in mysterious patterns on top of its head, its skin dark and dull, filled with an evil sense of being, precisely a demon.

Unlike the demons Klein had seen before, it had many traces of decay on its body surface, with yellowish-green pus hanging from it, which seemed to be mixed with the power of “degeneration”.

As Klein casually surveyed the shadow, the demon spread its huge bat-like wings behind its back, causing the light blue flames on them to burn even more intensely, emitting a strong smell of sulfur.

It stepped forward, slowly approaching the iron-black throne and the tiers of steps meant for giants, using its own dangerous instincts to scout for possible mutations.

While keeping an eye on it, the demigods, including Colin Iliad and Krynn, examined the details of the shadowed palace, and found that behind the iron black throne where Saslir slept, there was a folio of grayish-blue, dimly glowing doors depicting a twilight scene.

This may be the “door” to the outside world …… Colin Iliad, Derek and Lovia three Silver City demigods at the same time flashed such a thought.

At this moment, the demonic figure that had completed half of its journey suddenly stopped and was enveloped by a ball of silver-white lightning that twisted together, splitting apart and quickly fading with a crackling sound.

A pillar of light entwined with sacred flames fell out of nowhere, completely purifying the demon’s soul.

Lovia did not appear distressed by the loss of her grazing object, but only frowned slightly, unable to think of a better way to explore it for a moment.

Klein glanced left and right each way and said with a pompous smile:

”Sure enough, it’s still up to me.”

As he spoke, he walked slowly forward while taking a box of matches out of his coat pocket, then struck one to ignite it and threw it around casually.

”I’ve always been more timid.” After throwing half a box of matches, Klein half-turned his body and turned back to the others, explaining with a smile.

And it was a statement that even Derek Berg didn’t quite believe.

Then, under the light of a crimson flame, Klein continued to walk towards the iron-black throne that might have once belonged to an ancient god.

When he came to the place where the demonic spirit had been destroyed, his left palm suddenly tightened.

Klein lowered his head and saw that the “Creeping Hunger” had returned to its human skin glove state, with an exaggerated gap in the center of its palm, containing two rows of illusory, white teeth.

The seal was attempting to tear into Kraven’s flesh and blood, eating his body and spirit together.

  ”Creeping Hunger” fell!

”Tsk.” Kraven let out an obvious sigh of relief and glanced at the “Star Staff” in his right hand to confirm that the “0” grade seal, which had no living characteristics, had not changed.

He then raised his right hand and pushed the other end of the “Staff of the Stars” into the mouth of the “Creeping Hunger”.

The “writhing hunger” gnawed a few times, and finally regained its calmness after being suppressed by the bit.

Laughing twice, Klein took another step and walked a few meters forward.

At that moment, the shadows covering the walls, pillars, and tiles cracked open one gap after another, and one brass-colored eye after another grew out.

In front of Klein, who was being watched by an uncountable number of eyes, a silhouette outlined itself.

He first took on the appearance of Germaine Sparrow with black hair and brown pupils and a cold face, then twisted section by section into Klein Moretti with black hair and brown pupils, ordinary features, and a bookish look, and then degraded into a blurred shadow, and a grayish mist permeated from his body.

It was at this moment that the figure, which seemed to reveal all of Klein’s secrets, stalled.

  Bang!

He exploded at once, turning into countless illusory fragments that fell to the ground and disappeared.

Klein raised his eyebrows and tsked a laugh:

”An ‘omniscient’ power that belongs to the ‘Reader’ pathway?”

As soon as he spoke, one of the brass-colored eyes growing around and within the shadows of the ground shifted in unison, emitting a sound so ethereal that it seemed to come from an ancient age:

”The breath of the ‘Source Fortress’ ……”

”The Source Fortress”…… Colin Iliad seemed to remember something with a certain dawning clarity.

One had to have the “source quality” to be able to get a response or get close to Saslir? So, the “Inverted Man” has Lovia, a demigod of Silver City, and is forcing me to enter the palace to meet the “Dark Angel”? It was with great difficulty that Klein managed to control his virtual personality’s instinct to speak.

Not waiting for him to think about what he was going to say, the brass-colored eyes hidden in the shadows issued another voice:

”Your destiny crosses paths with Amanisis, Leodro, Adam, Amon, Hrabergen, Ossekus, Medici, Urolius, and k……”

Colin Iliad, Derek and Lovia were not strangers to the real names spoken by the brass-colored eyes, knowing that the first one was the “Goddess of Night”, followed by seven of the eight King of Angels, and many of the current Sequence 0 real gods, which made them a bit stunned, unable to believe that Germaine Sparrow would have dealings with so many High Existences beyond Sequence 1 had fateful intersections.

Together with the sleeping “Dark Angel” in front of him, Mr. “World” has crossed paths with all eight King of Angels, it’s really powerful ah …… Derek heartily exclaimed in his heart.

Klein was not in the mood to flirt with his own “inter-god interaction science”, and with an obvious smile, he asked a rhetorical question:

  ”k?”

Klein thought that this “k” should refer to the “Real Creator”, after all, he still had the other party’s corrosive power left in his body until now.

One of the brass-colored eyes on the curtain of shadows was silent for a few seconds, and said in an ethereal voice:

”k is the other me ……”

”The Real Creator” is really the other side of the ancient sun god, the side born from the god’s corpse, the side full of hatred, with resentment, the side that reigns over the fall? Klein gradually equated the eerie black baby sitting in the gaping hole of the ancient sun god’s chest and stomach, swallowing intestines, with the “True Creator”, and initially confirmed that the one he was talking to was the spirit left behind by the “Dark Angel” Saslir.

He thought for a moment, unable to control the upturned corners of his mouth, and said:

”Why did you form the ‘Redemption Rose’ to assassinate the Ancient Sun God?”

The information revealed in this question was something Colin Iliad and Lovia had known and guessed for a long time, but hearing it uttered by Germaine Sparrow in person was still a pang of sadness and confusion.

The curtain of shadows covering the walls, pillars and tiles shifted, and the sleeping Dark Angels still did not wake up.

The one brass-colored eye gazed at Kryndo:

”Sun God is only my original honorific name, you should now call me the Lord who created everything, the all-knowing and all-powerful God, or, honorably call me ‘God’.”

”…… I can see that you’ve been leaning in that direction.” Klein finally laughed out loud, then felt the backlash as he taunted the Vice Lord of Heaven, the Left Hand of God, the King of Angels among the Kings of Angels, and the K’s own.

In order to not give his opponent time to get angry, he hurriedly repeated the question he had just asked:

”So, why did you betray yourself by establishing the Redemption Rose with the ‘Goddesses of the Night’ k’s and assassinating yourself?”

Once again, the one brass-colored eye fell silent, and the shadows that covered everywhere like a curtain swayed gently without pause.

After an interval of several seconds, the ethereal, disembodied voice said slowly:

”The Original has awakened within me ……”

Hearing this answer, Klein’s pupils widened for a moment, and inexplicably had a feeling that his sweaty hairs were shaking and his back was chilled.

This was close to one of his guesses, but it was even more terrifying.

At that moment, the shadows in all directions had thickened considerably, becoming more and more eerie and ghostly, as if they were breeding some kind of terrifying, unknown, and irresistible danger.

Although Colin Iliad, Derek and Lovia didn’t really understand the meaning of “Dark Angel” Sasriel’s words, they were still affected by the eerie, awe-inspiring, }human feeling in the words, and had visions of coldness that pierced the bones and made their bodies and minds tremble.

”The original has awakened within me ……”

The words echoed in layers and did not subside for a long time.
