Chapter 12
Jiang Siwei has been crazy busy recently, and the time he spends on video calls with his girlfriend has been greatly reduced.
The students in the lab are all going out for a late-night snack, and Jiang Siwei is walking in front of them, just trying to hurry back to the dormitory to get his phone.
He left in a hurry this morning and left his phone in the dormitory. At noon, he borrowed a classmate’s phone to call Lou Jia, but she didn’t answer.
“Siwei, what are you in such a hurry for? Let’s go for a kebab,” a male classmate shouted at the back of Jiang Siwei’s head.
He waved his hand: ‘Next time, I’ll treat you.’
Jiang Siwei’s heart was like an arrow, and he was about to run. He walked out of the teaching building and suddenly a small figure rushed towards him.
Accompanied by a crisp ‘Dad,’ the several classmates behind him stopped in their tracks, with a look of surprise on their faces.
Jiang Siwei was also stunned. When he recognized who this bald head was, he suddenly became agitated.
He looked back and saw the person who was originally thousands of miles away suddenly appear in front of him. His eyes immediately lit up and he was so excited that he couldn’t even speak a word.
“What’s wrong?” Lou Jia walked up to Jiang Siwei and looked at him with a smile.
“You, why did you suddenly come here?“ Jiang Siwei slowly found his voice and was still in a daze, ‘I’m not dreaming, am I?’
”It’s over, Xiaojing, your father is crazy.” Lou Jia said, ‘Quickly pinch him awake.’
Xiaojing obediently pinched Jiang Siwei’s arm. It didn’t hurt very much, but it was enough for Jiang Siwei to wake up. He rarely pouted: ”Hug me.”
Oh my god.
The people behind them couldn’t help but whisper in surprise. Was this really the Jiang Siwei they knew?
Lou Jia was naturally happy to satisfy him. She took a step forward and reached out to hug him. The summer in Jibei was very hot, and the temperature in Jiang Siwei’s arms was even higher.
“I miss you so much,” Jiang Siwei whispered, his body trembling uncontrollably with excitement. “I’m so happy.”
Lou Jia chuckled, patted him on the back, and pinched his ear, like comforting a puppy, waiting for him to calm down before letting go.
Jiang Siwei was reluctant to let go, and rubbed his head again.
Lou Jia pushed his head away, glanced back, and said with a smile, “Isn’t that your classmate? Don’t you want to save face in front of them?”
“What face do you need to save in a relationship?” Jiang Siwei protested reasonably, “They didn’t save face for me when they were in a relationship.”
He remembered the time when he asked him to take a photo and he ended up kissing in front of him.
Lou Jia thought it was funny and was about to ask if they wanted to say hello, but the classmates sensibly left first, and they even deliberately walked in the opposite direction.
Just as Jiang Siwei didn’t want to waste time introducing them tonight, he just wanted to find a place to talk to Lou Jia.
“When did you arrive? Have you eaten? Can I go back to the dormitory to get some things first?” Jiang Siwei had a lot of questions along the way, and Lou Jia sometimes couldn’t answer them.
Jiang Siwei’s mouth never stopped talking until they reached the hotel where she was staying.
Lou Jia looked at his chattering lips, and when Xiaojing went to the bathroom to take a shower, it seemed that she couldn’t stand it anymore, and she pulled him in for a kiss.
Jiang Siwei was stunned for a second, but quickly lowered his head in response to Lou Jia’s strength. He liked to hold people tightly when kissing, and was also very aggressive.
Lou Jia sometimes couldn’t stand it, whether it was kissing or in bed, but at this time, Jiang Siwei would show a rare strength.
He didn’t just hold her waist, but pressed his hot palms against the back of her head, kissing her tightly and quickly, with swallowing sounds and gasping entangled.
“That’s enough.“ Lou Jia grabbed Jiang Siwei by the collar, and the knuckles of her hand pressed against his Adam’s apple, looking at his flushed cheeks and nose.
”Not enough.“ Jiang Siwei lowered his head and kissed her hand, gently pecking at her. Lou Jia felt a slight numbness from being electrocuted.
”You should be careful about the impact.” She endured the physical reaction that made her legs weak, and reminded him, ”Xiao Jing is still here.”
Jiang Siwei looked in the direction of the bathroom, thinking about the way the child had just been in her arms, and whispered, “How has Xiaojing lost so much weight?”
Lou Jia sighed: “I miss my grandfather.”
Grandpa Xiaojing passed away from illness in late spring this year. Xiaojing has been in a weak mood since then, and he has been sick intermittently before coming out. He didn’t have much flesh to begin with, and after all this, he looks a bit malnourished now.
Lou Jia brought him to Jibei this time, not only to give him a comprehensive examination, but also to take him out to change the environment and relax.
Jiang Siwei also sighed, just about to kiss Lou Jia again, but heard the sound of the bathroom door opening, and suddenly jumped back.
Lou Jia also subconsciously took a step back.
Xiao Jing rubbed his eyes and came out, yawning several times in a row, “Teacher Lou, I’m sleepy, I want to sleep.”
Lou Jia went over and touched his head: “Do you want to eat something before you go to sleep? You didn’t eat much tonight.”
Xiao Jing shook his head and said he was sleepy.
Lou Jia didn’t insist, and led him into the bedroom. Jiang Siwei took the opportunity to take a shower, and then followed him into the bedroom.
Xiao Jing had never had such a happy moment before, like the child in the TV show who was loved by his parents and slept between Jiang Siwei and Lou Jia.
Lau Ka simply lay down on the pillow on the other side and threw the storybook to Jiang Siwei: “Xiao Jing, shall I read you a bedtime story tonight?”
Xiao Jing’s eyes lit up: “Yes!”
Jiang Siwei smiled and picked up the storybook, which was childish and full of innocence, and whispered: “Once upon a time…”
After reading a story, Xiao Jing was still awake, but Lau Ka, who was lying on the other side, fell asleep first.
“Shh,“ Jiang Siwei made a gesture to Xiaojing to be quiet, and whispered, ‘Xiaojing, let Teacher Lou sleep here tonight, and we’ll sleep next door, okay?’
”Okay…” Xiaojing lowered her voice too, took her own quilt and storybook, and tiptoed out of bed.
Lou Jia didn’t leave the door until after six o’clock, and she didn’t dare to close her eyes on the way with Xiaojing. She was already sleepy when she was waiting for Jiang Siwei outside the teaching building.
The bed was too soft, and Jiang Siwei’s voice was so beautiful and helped her sleep. She was really sleepy.
Jiang Siwei reached out to grab her, and Lou Jia rolled directly into his arms like an automatic switch, mumbling, “Turn off the lights, baby…”
Jiang Siwei immediately responded to her call, but he couldn’t do anything about it this time. He could only lower his head and kiss her fiercely.
“Jiang Siwei…” Lou Jia was so sleepy that she said, “Do you still have any humanity?”
Jiang Siwei smiled and buried his head in Lou Jia’s neck, rubbed it, then looked at her for a long time before kissing her forehead again.
“Good night.”
Sweet dreams tonight.
