Chapter 0637 – They Found You
”Let me find you? Something wrong?” The crooked words on the chart made Scissors uncomfortable as he stopped on the first floor of the hospital and stood in the middle of the hallway.
The half-open hospital room door creaked and rattled without wind, the worn ceiling kept dropping dust, and the sound of paper cutting into the floor would come to his ears from time to time.
Standing alone in such a scene after midnight, it would be a lie to say that you are not afraid.
”Scissors” gripped the scissors in his hand tightly, he tried to pretend to be calm: “When was this paper pasted behind me?”
Looking back, Scissors looked at the patient rooms he had just passed, “The guy who put the paper on me should be in the middle of one of the rooms I just passed.”

Folding the case sheet and stuffing it into his pocket, Scissors carefully pushed open the door to the half-open hospital room next to him.
The sheets were shredded and the hospital bed tipped over as if there had been some ferocious monster fixed to it.
”Is this a hospital or an intensive care ward of a psychiatric hospital?” Scissors didn’t venture into the ward, just stood outside and watched.
The hospital bed was small, with only the underside of the bed and the closet barely able to hide a person.
”The guy who tricked me isn’t here.” Under the bed could be seen at a glance, and the closet’s door was open, it was empty and there was nothing inside: “It should be in the other wards.”
He panicked inside, but his expression didn’t change much as he flung his stiff legs towards the other wards.

A comparison of the handwriting reveals that the blood writing on the wallpaper and the blood writing on the case sheet are from different people, a discovery that makes Scissors even more uneasy: “There’s more than one ‘person’ playing hide-and-seek in the hospital?”

Back to the entrance of the hospital, Scissors’ face completely changed, the big iron gate of this hospital had been closed at some point.

”The windows on the second floor have security grills too?”
His lips were dry, and Scissors felt a bit of despair in his heart.
He walked over to the window, reached out and grabbed the security net and shook it a few times with force.
The pain was so real as his fingers were cut by the wire, but the city outside the window, which was shrouded in a fog of blood, was so unreal.
”I really hope this is a nightmare and I can wake up earlier.” The security net was so strong that it couldn’t be opened, and Scissors let go of her hands and prepared to leave.
But just as they reached the door to the hospital room, footsteps came from the safe passage on the other side of the second floor corridor, as if something was running.

The sound of footsteps was getting closer and closer, several black shadows could be seen moving quickly in the corridor, they seemed to be heading towards Scissors.

The black shadows were already very close, Scissors scanned the ward and finally hid in the closet with his backpack.
This hospital is privately operated, the ward configuration is different from those big hospitals, the middle of the closet is separated by a partition, and it is barely able to hide a person after pulling out the partition.
The sound of footsteps came from far away and then disappeared outside the ward door.
”Stopped at the door?
