Chapter 1077, The World of Meditation
Principles of Sorcery, the opening title of this chapter in the book tells about the role of the Eye of True Vision.
The so-called Eye of True Vision, using Li Fruit and Liu Ting’s explanation was that it was a tool used by sorcerers to see into the world, to be able to see into the laws of this world.
But Ren Xiaosu also held the eye of true vision, and it is still the most powerful eye of true vision in their mouths, but he did not even see the hair, and did not feel that there is any difference in looking at the world after taking this.
Instead, the book begins with a clear meaning: the eye of true vision is an artifact used by sorcerers to condense their spiritual will.
Compared to the two sheepmen’s godly explanations, Ren Xiaosu was more inclined to believe in the explanations in this book, and in this way, the commonalities between sorcerers and the Middle Kingdom’s transcendentalists were made clear, and the key lies in the spiritual will.
In retrospect, the words that Yang Xiaoguan said at the beginning were really meaningful to Ren Xiaosu, and it sort of summarized all the phenomena that transcends nature: when disaster strikes, the spiritual will is the first sequence of weapons for human beings to face the danger.
At the beginning of reading this book, Ren Xiaosu was exploring it with a kind of watching mind, but seeing this, Ren Xiaosu got serious, and he continued to read down.
“The spiritual will of mankind is nebulous, no one has ever been able to measure it accurately, as if it has never existed.”
“Yet sorcerers have constructed for themselves a whole set of methods capable of materializing spiritual will, based on the Eye of True Sight.”
“These methods are either incantations or meditative patterns, but the author has communicated with a certain Middle-Earth Knight who believes that this may also be a hindrance that shackles sorcerers, a matter that I will elaborate on later.”
Ren Xiaosu suddenly froze when he saw this, and he suddenly looked over the publication date of this book, but this general outline of sorcery had nothing written on it except for its contents, and there was also no labeling of the author’s creation date and publication date at all.
“Xiao Mei, when was the author of this book?” Ren Xiaosu said curiously.
“Can you show me some respect?!” Mei Ge’s anger soared.
“Isn’t this a bit more cordial?” Ren Xiaosu said, “That’s how they call it over in Middle Earth to show cordiality.”
“Bullshit,” Meigo said angrily, “There are so many people from Middle Earth in the Sorcerer Kingdom, don’t think I don’t know your customs.”
“O, it’s not good enough to cheat,” Ren Xiaosu muttered, “Then, Lord Meigo, who is the author of this book?”
“I don’t know,” Meigo said without a good mood, “Anyway, it’s a long time ago, this book has been censored as many as seven times.”
“Then the Middle Earth knights mentioned in this book, have you ever heard of them in the Sorcerer’s Kingdom?” Ren Xiaosu asked.
“Knights of Middle Earth?” Mei Ge shook his head, he said disdainfully after glancing at what Ren Xiaosu was reading, “I’ve never heard of it, a sorcerer actually communicating with knights? A knight’s most honorable position is to be a sorcerer’s personal attendant, they know nothing about sorcery, what’s the point of communicating with them, and they’re still Middle-Earth knights?”
Ren Xiaosu bowed his head in deep thought, this author used Middle Earth Knight to describe a person, perhaps the sorcerer world thought that it was a “knight”, a knight who rode a horse and fought a war.
However, Ren Xiaosu knew very well that a knight was a term used in Middle Earth to refer to a person who was a member of a knight organization!
However, he also asked Li Yinglong, Qin Sheng and others, it seems that after the disaster, no one from the knight organization has left the Middle Kingdom, now these people go to the southwest mountaineering, it is considered to be a long-distance trip.
Then who was this author exchange? Is it hard to believe that it is the founder of the Knights Organization and the Green Harvest Group, Ren Wo?
Then I’m afraid that this author is also a pre-cataclysm character, and should be a very powerful character, otherwise how would he be qualified to exchange dialog with the knights?
I don’t know why, but suddenly seeing a familiar name and title in a sorcerer’s book made Ren Xiaosu feel extraordinarily affectionate.
Thinking of this, Ren Xiaosu suddenly paid more and more attention to this book, because that knight founder, was a true legend.
Ren Xiaosu saw Meigo’s expression of wanting to say something, and also saw the snickering expressions of the two Sheepmen, he probably understood that this book was used by Meigo to fool himself.
However, he was now reading it with vigor, and instead, he didn’t bother with that.
Moreover, he thought that this book might be more important than a professor from a fringe wizard, Mego.
At night, Meigo sat by the campfire to meditate, only to see his mouth slightly open, his eyes slightly closed, his entire body in an extremely relaxed state.
Ren Xiaosu put down the General Outline of Sorcery and asked from the side, “Do all sorcerers need to meditate?”
Li Fruit and Liu Ting hurriedly pulled him back and whispered, “Sorcerer meditation cannot be interrupted.”
“So serious?” Ren Xiaosu curiously said, “What exactly is the use of meditation?”
“Only sorcerers who meditate every day can grow stronger and stronger,” Li Chenggong explained, “Let me explain it to you this way, a sorcerer who doesn’t meditate may reach his limit by releasing one or two sorcery spells, but a sorcerer who has been meditating for ten years can release more than ten, or even more than twenty sorcery spells a day. ”
Ren Xiaosu secretly thought, this is the method to slowly increase one’s spiritual power ah.
At this moment, Meigo suddenly opened his eyes and explained, “Meditation is the way for sorcerers to make themselves strong.”
“Then how should one meditate?” Ren Xiaosu curiously said.
“You can’t learn this yet,” Meigo said, “If you don’t have the Eye of True Vision in your hand, you won’t be able to enter the state of meditation at all.”
Ren Xiaosu froze for a moment, this meditation even needed to use external power?
He said, “Then tell me the method first, if I have the Eye of True Vision in my hand, how should I meditate?”
Mei Ge looked at Ren Xiaosu’s persistent eyes, so he helplessly said, “Hold the Eye of True Vision, then close your eyes and meditate, after a hundred breaths you will naturally enter your own meditation world.”
“What exactly is the meditation world like?” Ren Xiaosu was curious.
“Some people are a pool of water, some people are a stream, some people are a windmill, and some people are a piece of farmland, this varies from person to person,” Meggo said, “Of course, there is something in common, and that is that the more powerful a sorcerer is, the more magnificent his meditation world becomes, there was once a great sorcerer called Oz, he himself said that there was only one leaf in his meditation world, but the size of that leaf floating in the air was like a mountain peak, making it hard for people to look up.”
Ren Xiaosu suddenly said, “I’m going to sleep.”
With that, she burrowed back into the tent.
Li Chenggong and Liu Ting looked at each other, “This is probably going to meditate, isn’t Lord Meiguo telling him that he must have the eye of true vision, why doesn’t this kid believe in evil, too stubborn. Besides, Lord Mego hasn’t slept yet, and he went into the tent first.”
“Forget it, let him be,” Meggo sighed.
Because of the matter of fooling Ren Xiaosu with the General Outline of Sorcery, Meigo was still in a state of guilt ……
