Episode 18 – The Elder Gods Chapter 30 – Powerlessness

Linley’s mind instantly understood completely. No wonder that the Netherworld Fruit Tree that had appeared in the Gray Mist Area had been able to easily deal with Linley and Bebe, and that Bebe had been unable to sense that Netherworld Fruit Tree’s earthly Godhead at all even when she had executed the Heaven Shouting Avatar ‘Devouring God’. Now it seemed. That one Underworld Fruit Tree was simply a branch of the main God of the Underworld Fruit Tree in front of him. “Powerless?” Linley tilted his head and looked at the Spectral Fruit Tree. There was not the slightest fluctuation of emotion on that giant face of the Spectral Fruit Tree. Linley said eagerly. “How can it be powerless? I know that any of the Underworld Lord Gods can find the undead of the Formation Earth. Restore their memories.”

“Hmph.” The goodman colored hydra next to him snorted coldly. The other golden serpents and the nine green serpents all stared coldly at Linley and the two of them.

“You’re begging the wrong main god.” The great golden serpent snorted.

Linley and Bebe were stunned.

A muffled voice came from the Underworld Fruit Tree, “It’s true that I can’t help you with this matter. Because …… I’m not an Underworld Lord God, but a Life Lord God.”

Linley and Bebe froze as they listened.

The Lord God of the Underworld Mountain. Not an Underworld Lord God?

So this Underworld Mountain. There were two Lord Gods!

A Lord God of Life and a Lord God of Underworld Death!

“Finally out.” Bebe cheered.

In front of him was an empty flat land. Flowers and grass grew all over it.

“Up there!” Linley couldn’t help but look up. Only to see a purple-black palace suspended in midair above, this purple-black palace was hundreds of meters tall, like a small mountain. This purple-black palace was at the top end of the spire, and at the tip of the spire was a large giant orb.

That orb flashed with endless lightning.
